Terms of Service

1. The service

Each successful paid request returns the requested data once, paid per call in USDC via the x402 payment protocol. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms for that request. No account is created and no subscription arises.

2. Data, sources and accuracy

Responses contain data originating from public registers and licensed suppliers; source attribution is included in every response (e.g. Bolagsverket and SCB for Swedish company data). We provide register data as-is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose. Registers contain errors and lags; verify critical facts at the source. Responses may be served from cache within the freshness windows published in the catalog. Endpoints marked as serving mock data are provided for integration testing only.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use the service or its data to:

• identify, or attempt to identify, private individuals — including vehicle owners or keepers; the service intentionally contains no such data and no person search;
• conduct direct marketing, update or wash customer registers, or build invoicing systems on register data (restrictions inherited from Swedish register terms);
• carry out processing that is unlawful under GDPR or other applicable law;
• resell raw responses in bulk as a competing database (per-call use in your own applications and agent workflows is fine and intended);
• probe, overload or circumvent the payment layer.

We may refuse service to abusive callers.

4. Payments

Prices are listed in the catalog and in each 402 challenge. Settlement is on-chain; a settled payment for a delivered response is final. If we fail to deliver a response after settlement, contact us for a re-serve or refund. Cache hits are charged like any other answer — you pay for the answer, not our marginal cost.

5. Personal data

Company representative data (board members, signatories), where offered, is limited to register-published roles and processed on the basis of legitimate interest. We store usage records (endpoint, parameters hash, payment settlement data including paying wallet address) for accounting and abuse prevention. 6. Our database rights

Our search index and normalized datasets are protected as databases under Swedish and EU law. Attribution of the underlying public sources is included in responses and must be preserved when data is displayed publicly.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability per request is capped at the price paid for that request. We are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made on register data.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version at the time of a request applies to that request. Swedish law governs; disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
